Frequently asked questions
How do I pay for parking? Scan the QR code posted in the lot, enter your license plate and payment card, and start your session. You'll be charged when you end the session (or automatically per the lot's posted rules).
How do I dispute a charge? Contact the lot owner using the details on your receipt, or use the form below. If a ticket was issued, you can appeal it from the ticket payment page.
My session didn't end. Sessions not ended before the lot's auto-bill threshold are automatically charged at the lot's daily rate per its posted rules.
